What we do not do.

We do not train on patient data without consent. Personalisation uses the caller's booking history held in your own system. We do not build a model of your patients somewhere else.

Where the line sits.

Voral routes administratively. It does not assess clinical urgency and it does not diagnose. Escalation categories are set by clinicians, not by the model. Anything that should reach a person reaches one, before any booking is made.
